Winter Rider - Game Review: 
-Play Winter Rider

Winter Rider is the first game released by chillcade.com, that being said it is pretty good for a first game. The goal of the game is to navigate a bike over obstacles in the quickest possible time.

The best feature of Winter Rider are its graphics, as the colors scheme is nice and appeals to the eye, in addition to the bike being just the right size in the game. The controls are also simple and make navigating the bike simple.

Winter Rider did have its share of flaws though. There were 15 levels, but they basically did the same thing....get a bike from point A to point B...and it can get boring after a while. On top of it the music was annoying. I found myself muting the computer after four levels, especially when listening to the music in between levels. In addition, there was very little user personalization of the bike, as there were two bikes, the second of which was unlocked after level 9....and there was basically no difference between the bikes besides their color. Perhaps being able to change the bikes engine, color, or rims would have added an interesting aspect to the game.

Overall, Winter Rider is not the greatest game in the world, but it is a good first attempt at a game release by Chillcade.com. The game can be addicting, especially if you flip your bike a lot, even though the levels are repetitive. Winter Rider is good, but its not the kind of game that I would tell my friends to play.

Game Information: Grab a bike and head out into the snow, race as fast as you can beating levels, and unlocking new bikes.
